My coaching program is not a quick fix. Hormonal imbalances are often deeply rooted over the course of years, therefore we cannot expect to restore balance at the snap of our fingers. My program is not a diet or exercise plan. It is intended to be a lifestyle shift with the premise of small shifts in daily habits + making the healthier choice majority of the time.

I use the menstrual cycle as a diagnostic tool, while teaching you how to monitor your fifth vital sign for optimal hormonal, reproductive + overall health.

I give you a solid foundation for optimal hormonal health by providing you with the tools + support you need to live a hormonally healthy lifestyle for years to come.

I start with a thorough, holistic health history as health is not one-size-fits-all. I use this information to determine the best starting place for you + to make personalized recommendations throughout.

A lot of what we will do together will be trial + error to see what works best for you and your body. What works for one woman, might not work for another. You can expect to become an avid data collector on your own body, with this eventually becoming intuitive + second-nature.

The body will heal itself by itself if given half a chance

Self-care is not selfish. It is a necessity and should be made a priority. (We can’t pour from an empty cup!)

My focus is on you as a whole; mind + body … not just what you are eating or how much you are moving your body

Emphasis on eating a variety of clean, whole, nutrient-dense foods that provide some benefit to your body

Crowding out the “bad” by adding in more of the “good”

Striving for a balanced lifestyle – whatever that means for you + your body

Your body is your business. You should take charge of your health and be your own health advocate
